Cangzhou Mingzhu Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in 1995, and “Cangzhou Mingzhu” (stock code: 002108) was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on January 24, 2007. With a registered capital of 1,417,924,199 yuan, we have 6 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 2 holding subsidiaries, 2 branches, 3 shareholding companies, and 3 industrial parks in Cangzhou, and have built high-standard production bases successively in Dezhou, Shandong; Wuhu, Anhui; and Rongchang, Chongqing.
The main product of the company is the PE pipeline system, BOPA film and Li-ion battery separator. In the PE pipeline system and the BOPA film, we have being in an advantage place for a long time thanks to the strengths of the scale and technology; and with the constant improvements in production technology and processes, the Li-ion battery separator has already been adopted by the large domestic lithium battery production manufacturers, while the production scale keeps on increasing.
We own great technology R&D strength and established a national testing center. We also passed ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, IATF16949 quality management system certification, API Specification Q1 certification and British Standard Institution (BSI) certification. Ensuring product quality by strict standards provides powerful technical support to the development of the company business.
